NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AND
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget of the Town of Erin Prairie will be held at the Erin Prairie Town Hall on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at 8:00p.m. The following is a summary of the proposed 2011 budget:

Notice is hereby given that immediately following the Public Hearing on November 10, 2010 a Special Town Meeting called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes will be held for the following purposes:
1.To approve the total highway expenses pursuant to Sec.81.01(3) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
2.To adopt the Town Tax Levy of $159,000 to be paid pursuant to Sec. 60.10
(1)(a) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
3. To approve up to $25,000.00 to be paid over two years for the township’s share of the new ambulance garage.
The complete budget may be viewed on the website or at the clerk�s home by appointment.

The regular monthly board meeting will immediately follow the Special Town Meeting. The agenda includes the following: discussion and decision regarding abandoning the following roads: 195th St., 177th St., 165th St., and 162nd Ave., discussion and decision regarding the placement of stop signs and 45 MPH speed limit signs throughout the township, Resolution Adopting Treasurer�s Tax Bond Exemption, roads, and bills.
