Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget of the Town of Erin Prairie will be held at the Erin Prairie Town Hall on Monday, November 21, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. The following is a summary of the proposed 2012 budget:

Notice is hereby given that immediately following the Public Hearing on November 21, 2011 a Special Town Meeting called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes will be held for the following purposes:
1. To approve the total highway expenses pursuant to Sec.81.01(3) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
2. To adopt the Town Tax Levy of $159,000 to be paid pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
The complete budget may be viewed at the clerk’s home by appointment or on the Township’s website at www.townoferinprairie.com .
The regular monthly board meeting will immediately follow the Special Town Meeting. The agenda includes the following: call to order, approve October meeting minutes, present bills for payment, discuss Employee Grievance Procedure, discuss road work.
