Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget of the Town of Erin Prairie will be held at the Erin Prairie Town Hall on Monday, November 19, 2012 at
7:00 p.m. The following is a summary of the proposed 2013 budget:

Notice is hereby given that immediately following the Public Hearing on November 19, 2012 a Special Town Meeting called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes will be held for the following purposes:
1.To approve the total highway expenses pursuant to Sec.81.01(3) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
2.To adopt the Town Tax Levy of $159,000 to be paid pursuant to Sec. 60.10
(1)(a) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

The regular monthly board meeting will immediately follow the Special Town Meeting. The agenda includes the following: call to order, approve October meeting minutes, present bills for payment, discuss sale by Milton Peterson of 5 acres, 17-30N-17W NW NW,discuss road work.
