Notice is hereby given that immediately following the Public Hearing on November 11, 2009 a Special Town Meeting called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes will be held for the following purposes:
1.To approve the total highway expenses pursuant to Sec.81.01(3) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
2.To adopt the Town Tax Levy of $159,000 to be paid pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) of the Wisconsin Statutes.

The regular monthly board meeting will immediately follow the Special Town Meeting. The agenda includes the following: roads, bills, Town Plan Commission update.
