Board of Review Adjourn To Later Date Notice

The 2021 Board of Review will be called to order May 17, 2021 at 7:00p.m.  for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the forty-five day period beginning the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to s. 70.47(1) of the Wisconsin Stats.  Board of Review will be adjourned until July 19, 2021 at 6:00p.m.  Open Book will be held July 6, 2021 from 5:00-8:00p.m. at the Erin Prairie Town Hall.

Annual Meeting, April 19, 2021

The Town of Erin Prairie Annual Meeting will be held Monday, April 19, 2021 beginning at 7:00p.m at the Erin Prairie Town Hall. 
The regular Board Meeting will immediately follow the Annual Meeting.


Absentee Ballot Request Information

To request an Absentee Ballot for the April 6, 2021 Spring Election you may go to MyVote.Wi.Gov or contact clerk, Jackie Mitchell at or 715-245-6027.

The last day to vote absentee in person is Saturday, April 3. The last day to request a ballot by mail is Thursday,
April 2.

Public Test of Voting Equipment Notice

According to Wis. Stat. 5.84(1) Testing Equipment, the electronic voting equipment must be tested at a public meeting.  The DS200 and Expressvote electronic voting system which utilize automatic tabulating equipment will be tested on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 9:30a.m. at the Erin Prairie Town Hall located at 1952 County Rd. G, New Richmond, WI  54017. This is to test the equipment to be used for the April 6, 2021 Spring Election.

The test is open to the public.

The deadline for making application to receive an absentee ballot by mail is 5:00p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021.

No absentee ballots may be issued on Monday, February 15.

All absentee ballots must be returned by 8:00p.m. Tuesday, February 16 or they may not be counted.


Notice of Caucus, January 18, 2021

Notice is hereby given that a Caucus of the electors of the Town of Erin Prairie will be held Monday, January 18, 2021 beginning at 7:00p.m at the Erin Prairie Town Hall.  The Caucus will be held to nominate candidates for Town Board Chairman, Supervisors (2), and Clerk/Treasurer to be placed on the ballot for the Spring Election to be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021.
