Absentee Ballot Information

April 2, 2019 Primary Election

Any qualified elector who is unable to appear at the Polling Place on Election Day may request to vote an absentee ballot. A qualified elector is any U.S. Citizen who will be 18 years of age or older on Election Day, who has resided in the Town of Erin Prairie for at least 10 consecutive days before the election. The elector must be registered in the Town of Erin Prairie and must be able to provide Proof of Identification before receiving an absentee ballot. You may register at the time of requesting an absentee ballot. The absentee ballot may be requested by mail, e-mail, or in-person.

The deadline for applying to receive an absentee ballot by mail is 5:00p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2019.

The first day to vote an absentee ballot in the Clerk’s office is March 12, 2019.

The Last day to vote an absentee ballot in the clerk’s office is 5:00p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2019.

No in-person voting may occur on the day before the election.

The absentee ballots will be delivered to the Polling Place before the polls close on April 2, 2019. Any ballots received after the polls close will not be counted.
